Report of the representatives of the Hongkong General Chamber of
and the combined Commerce, the Chinese Chamber of Commerco, Officers' and Engineers' Guilds, appointed by His Koellency The Governor to consider certain proposals with regard to the
prevention of Piracy.
Copies of my adviɑcs of today's date to „ieut. Commander Conway Hake, k.N.k.and the Honourable the Colonial segretary are
also enclosed.

representative of the Hongkong General Chamber of Commerce,
Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and the combined Officers' and
Engineers' Guilds appointed by His Excellency The Governor to
consider certain proposals with regard to the Ordinance relating
to the prevention of Piracy. The original of this report has been
duly forwarded to the Assistant Hurbor Meter with a request that
it may be transmitted to the Hongkong Government at the earliest
possible date.
